Founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, has recounted an experience from 1997 when he gave out his entire salary as a form of sacrifice.
He explained that at the time, his wife had requested money for household needs, noting that his monthly salary was ₦5,000.
According to him, while considering the request, he felt led to give out the money, and he proceeded to do so despite the circumstances.
He disclosed that less than an hour later, a woman visited him with ₦25,000 and various food items, including rice, beans, and eggs, stating that she had been instructed to deliver them.
He added that the same woman later reported that her husband, who had not previously given her a large sum, gave her ₦1 million on that same day and subsequently secured a job in Abuja.
The cleric said the experience reflects the role of faith and obedience, noting that actions taken in faith can trigger a sequence of events.
