Yoruba nation freedom fighter, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Igboho, has declared that he is not an ingrate like the National Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Rauf Aregbesola.
Igboho vowed to support President Bola Tinubu and said he would not act ungratefully towards the President as he accused Aregbesola of doing.
He made the remarks during a visit to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Network in Accra, Ghana.
Igboho said he would continue to appreciate and support Tinubu’s administration for forgiving him and facilitating his return from exile.
He stated that he would support Tinubu throughout his eight-year tenure because he was not an ingrate like Aregbesola.
The Yoruba Nation agitator alleged that Tinubu made Aregbesola a commissioner, helped him emerge as Governor of Osun State after the removal of Olagunsoye Oyinlola, and later supported his appointment as a minister, but expressed disappointment over Aregbesola’s current position on his former benefactor.
Igboho also expressed confidence that Tinubu would complete two terms in office.
He prayed that people would never become ingrates, noting that former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Muhammadu Buhari each spent eight years in office, while Goodluck Jonathan served for about six years.
According to him, Tinubu would complete his eight years in office by the grace of God, insisting that nothing would stop him.
