A Nigerian woman, Bertha Uche Nnaji, who remarried has accused some “well wishers” of destroying her first marriage.
Nnaji stated this in a Facebook post on Sunday, July 12, 2026 after she shared a photo from her traditional wedding.
She wrote “Some of you congratulating me destroyed my first marriage. Some of you congratulating me hate me. Wait for Amadioha. You fink you can outsmart me by grinning from cheek to cheek wif me? Ayam dat ayam.”
The post attracted numerous reactions from Facebook users, many of whom congratulated Nnaji on her new marriage while expressing support for her remarks.
Reacting, Justin Daniel wrote, “Ada is back.”
Ejike Amaka Angel congratulated her, saying, “I am with you. God will fight your battles. Congratulations to your once more.”

Verolina Chidinma Arderiife Ihenacho advised her to move on, writing, “They were able to destroy your marriage because you allowed them. No be them you marry, so why did you allow a third party to come in and have so much power to the extent of destroying what you cherished?”
