A resident of Surulere constituency in Lagos, on Saturday was spotted calling out voters with a bell as polls open for House of Representatives By-Election in Lagos State.
Recall that Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila resigned from the house after being appointed as chief of staff to President Bola Tinubu, and his seat was declared vacant.
