
The health of the immediate past Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, has reportedly worsened, sparking rumours that he might have died.
Palpable fears hit many Nigerians as they took to their social media to express displeasure over the rumoured death.
Some rumoured that he died of Coronavirus while some said he died from a brief illness.

An APC Facebook page has on Thursday night posted the news of the death of the former Governor.

As a result, took many Nigerians to a sad mood.
However, the tension reduced drastically when some close relatives of the Former Governor debunked the death news.
Bolaji Tunji, the Spokesman to Ajimobi said that his boss is still alive.
The spokesman who on his Facebook account said: “Kindly disregard all the rumours. In all, we remain prayerful.”

Debunking the news, Kemi Olunloyo, a controversial journalist who is a close ally of the former Oyo Governor Ajimobi said she spoke with his family and confirmed to her that he is alive and talking recovery.
