Adesola Akeem Bukola, husband of popular social media personality Eniola Fagbemi, popularly known as Sisi Alagbo, has publicly apologised over a controversial video involving the couple that recently surfaced online.

In a public statement, Bukola expressed remorse over the incident, apologising to his family, friends, associates and the general public for the embarrassment caused.

Bukola wrote, “I write with a deep sense of responsibility and sincere remorse to extend my heartfelt apologies to my family, friends, business associates, religious leaders, fans, loved ones, and the entire Nigerian public over the recent incident involving a leaked s×x scandal.
“I acknowledge the disappointment, embarrassment, and concern this situation has caused, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I understand that my conduct has fallen short of the values and standards expected of me, especially by those who have trusted, supported, and believed in me over time.
“To my family, I am truly sorry for the pain and distress this has brought upon you. To my friends and associates, I regret any negative impact this may have had on our relationships and shared reputation. To religious bodies and moral institutions, I recognize the weight of this misconduct and the need for accountability.

The development comes days after Fagbemi also issued a public apology following the circulation of the video.
In a statement shared on her verified Facebook page, she admitted wrongdoing and expressed deep regret over the incident.
She described the situation as a difficult phase in her life, appealing for forgiveness from God and her followers while urging the public to move beyond the controversy.
Fagbemi added that her social media platforms remain a source of livelihood, pleading with the public not to condemn her further as she continues to deal with emotional challenges.
She disclosed that the incident has taken a significant toll on her mental health, revealing that she had been unable to eat or sleep for days despite taking medication.
The social media personality further appealed for understanding, stating that she was relying on the little strength she had left to cope with the situation.
