Nigerian streamer, Peller, has disclosed that his mother does not want him to give money to his father.
He made the disclosure while reacting to content creator, GehGeh’s family controversy on social media.
According to report, GehGeh’s younger sister had called him out for allegedly abandoning his siblings despite being financially stable.
In response, GehGeh, who stated that he is the first person to become rich in his lineage, noted that he does not yet have enough money to fully lift his family out of poverty.
Expressing concern about going broke if he continues to support his family, GehGeh said he can only do his best and not everything, advising his siblings to seek employment.
Reacting to the controversy during a livestream, Peller noted that his father had once threatened to take legal action against him.
He explained that he had given his father financial support, including a car gift, but still faced continuous demands for money.
Peller stated that his mother had advised him to stop giving his father money, although he continued out of respect for his father’s past sacrifices, including payment of his school fees.
He added that on the same day he gifted his father a car, his father still requested money, and even made further requests the following day.
He also claimed that he had opened several shops for his mother, though he did not disclose details of the businesses.
