Dele Momodu shared this disturbing video of political thugs destroying ballot boxes and ballot papers in the presence of a police man in Lagos.
The voters, INEC officials had fled, leaving only a Policeman who watched as they boldly carried out their act.
A Twitter user, @odion_peters, who shared the video wrote:
“In a saner climes security officials will be able to identify these morons destroying ballot boxes and papers and put them behind bars but this is Nigeria.”
