A Professor of Pathologist, Olusegun Sylvester Ojo, has addressed an Osun State High Court on the autopsy report on late Timothy Adegoke Oluwadamilare, which was conducted on November 22, 2021, AMILOADED reports.
Ojo, who addressed the Osun State High Court on Wednesday, said the death of Adegoke could not be anatomically determined.
He made the disclosure at the resumed hearing of the case of Adegoke, an OAU postgraduate student allegedly killed inside Hilton Hotels and suites owned by Dr Rahman Adedoyin, for which he and six of his workers are facing trial.
Recalled that the high court had adjourned in April till May 25, 2022, to allow the defendants to open their defence.
At the resumed trial, the consultant pathologist, under cross-examination from Mr Femi Falana, SAN, said the advance the decomposed body had undergone made it difficult to determine the cause of the death.

“No internal bleeding, no evidence of external bleeding,” Ojo added.
