Nollywood actress, Lizzy Anjorin, has mocked Priscilla Ojo over the court order she reportedly obtained against her, declaring that the case is “dead on arrival”.
Lizzy spoke during an Instagram Live session while reacting to the legal action and the publication of court documents and an alleged petition on social media.
The actress described the case as “dead on arrival”, arguing that publishing a court document on social media before serving the person involved could raise questions about the authenticity of the case.
She also said she did not want to hear claims that she had caused Priscilla to be imprisoned.
Lizzy further questioned why the alleged petition was made public on social media, saying the development was being handled differently from how she expected a court matter to be treated.
She said the parties involved had petitioned against her and questioned why they would publish the petition letter on social media instead of allowing the matter to proceed through the appropriate legal channels.
According to actress, “Your case na dead on arrival. If you post court letter on any platform before serving person wey you wan go serve, that court case na fake court case.
“I don’t want to hear that, Lizzy Anjorin locked Priscilla in prison oh,
“They have petitioned us oh. Dem don run go petition Lizzy. They are no longer going to court, If no be madness, posting petition letter on social media.”
