Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has announced a ₦500,000 reward for anyone who can provide useful information leading to the location of a woman reportedly stranded along the Iyana Era axis of the Lagos–Badagry Expressway.
The woman is said to be in a disoriented condition, with indications of possible memory loss linked to severe stress-related mental health challenges, and was last seen in the area with her children.
In a public appeal shared online, the senator expressed concern over the safety of the woman and her children, highlighting the urgency of locating them as quickly as possible.
She announced that a cash reward of ₦500,000 would be given to any individual who successfully locates the woman and her children within a short timeframe.
Akpoti-Uduaghan also disclosed that the woman was last seen around the Iyana Era area off the Lagos–Badagry Expressway.
She urged anyone who finds the woman to provide evidence of the discovery by sharing a video confirming their location.
The development has sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians calling for immediate intervention by emergency services.
Some concerned citizens also appealed to the Lagos State Government to ensure the woman receives prompt medical attention and necessary protection.
