The announcement was made on the traditional ruler’s official social media pages on Sunday.
According to the statement, the monarch expressed gratitude to God for the safe delivery and described the birth of the royal princess as a blessing to the House of Oduduwa.
He prayed for God to preserve the newborn and grant her wisdom, grace, and honour throughout her life.
The statement also disclosed that both Olori Oluwatosin and the newborn princess are in excellent health.
The royal family has continued to receive congratulatory messages from well-wishers following the announcement.
